We're happy to partner with scouts in our shared goal of getting youth outside. We have two primary offerings for scout groups: archery and ropes course combo programs and a standard ropes course ticket at non-profit pricing. We also offer scout patches for sale. We have patches for Ropes Course, Zip Lines, and Archery.
See more details about our most common tickets below. Scroll past to learn more, or use the links below to jump to a section.
Looking for a high adventure scout event? Want to tick off two experiences in one evening - even on a school night? This program is for you! In just 2.5 hours, scouts complete an introductory archery experience with a High Trek archery instructor, then head up into the ropes course to climb and fly on the zip lines.
For online, the minimum group size is 12 and the maximum group size is 25 (based on availability). Under certain circumstances we are able to waiver the minimum. We can book above 25 (it will take more than 2.5 hours). To start the process for either scenario, click the green button below to submit an inquiry.
The same great ropes course experience as our Captain's Course or Cadet's Course ticket, at non-profit pricing. Is your group too big to book online? Click the "Submit an Inquiry" button below to reach out to our group sales team.
The program generally flows as follows, but there could be rearranging based on group size and what your archery instructor thinks will provide the best experience for your team.
When you arrive, your group will check in at the office to weigh in, verify waivers, and connect with your archery instructor. Your archery instructor will be your guide for the day.
Your archery instructor will lead you through your archery experience. You can learn more about safety and procedures on our Archery at High Trek page.
It's time to grab some water and a snack - you're on your way to the ropes course.
High Trek staff will guide you through the gear up and ground school process. Once finished with ground school, all participants may enter the course. From there, participants have the remaining time to climb and zip.
We offer a variety of Good Humor ice cream products. Available for pre-purchase as an add-on or purchase on-site.
April - October only
Looking for a fun way to remember your climbing experience? Patches are available for purchase on-site for scouts and non-scouts alike.
